Theresa D. "Terry" Nuetzman, age 72 of Warsaw, died Thursday, June 11, 2009 at home following a brief illness. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Shieldsville, MN, with the Rev. Kevin Finnegan, officiating. Interment will be held at St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Shieldsville on Sunday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Monday morning for one hour prior to services. Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault. Theresa Diane Brown, the daughter of Leonard and Mary (O'Brien) Brown, was born on October 3, 1936 in Faribault. She attended Bethlehem Academy and graduated with the class of 1954. During high school Terry worked at the Fair-Bow Ice Cream Store to pay for her tuition at Bethlehem Academy. Following high school Terry worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Albert Goblirsch and was united in marriage to William Nuetzman in Kenosha, WI a half century ago. While their family was young Terry stayed at home to raise their children. As the children grew older Terry worked as a cook at the Warsaw School. Later Terry worked for 17 years as rural mail carrier. Terry also sold Avon for over 30 years. Terry and Bill were members of the Winnehaha's Camping Club and charter members of the Winnebago International Travelers Club. Terry enjoyed collecting "things", crafts, volunteering, organizing gatherings and events, traveling and spoiling her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband William Nuetzman of Warsaw; by five children, Maria (Jerry) Swanson of Faribault, Sophia (Scott) Gustafson of Clearwater, MN, Steven (Peggy) Nuetzman of Morristown, Thomas Nuetzman and Roxy Janni of Morristown and John (Dawn) Nuetzman of Warsaw; by 18 grandchildren, Jeremy, Josh, Ashley, Michaela and Jarrett Swanson, Heather Kadrlik, Erin Welch, Luke and NicoleNuetzman, Ashley and Ally Nuetzman, Danielle and Jacob Janni, Clara Mary Nuetzman, Zack, Brittany, Casey and Bobbie Anhorn; by two sisters, Elaine Lambert of Faribault and Kathleen Dodds of Lonsdale, MN; by two brothers, Leo Brown of Parkville, MO and Denny (Sue) Brown of Richmond, CA and by nieces, nephews and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Vincent Brown.
