Suzanne Birch

Suzanne C. Birch (Kroska), age 77, of Faribault, MN passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2022 at Milestone Senior Living Faribault.

Suzanne Carol, the foster daughter of Lucian “Dick” and Angie Kroska, was born on December 20, 1945 in Winona, MN. Suzanne grew up in Rochester, MN and attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and graduated with the Class of 1970 with a double major in Biology and Psychology. While she was in school she met the love of her life, Jon Birch and they were united in marriage on September 7, 1968 in Duluth. The two of them moved to Oneida, NY where Suzanne worked as a Medical Technologist at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Utica, NY. While she wasn’t working, Suzanne enjoyed raising and training Golden Retrievers and spending time outdoors. Following retirement, Suzanne and Jon moved to Faribault.

Suzanne is survived by her husband, Jon; foster siblings, LuAnne (Larry) Koshire, Shelly Kuhlman, and Amy (Rob Clark) Kroska; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucian and Angie; and brother, Nick Kroska.
