Soledad Perez Velez, age 61, of Faribault, MN, died on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at her home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive, Faribault. Interment will be at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 607 2nd Ave. NW, Faribault on Wednesday from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Soledad is survived by her four children, eight grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

She was preceded in death by husband.
