Phillip Patrick Jr., the son of Phillip Sr. and Ruth (Hallet) DuLac, was born on September 29, 1943 in Faribault, MN. He attended Bethlehem Academy High School and graduated with the class of 1962. On August 18, 1962 he was united in marriage to Judith Niedfeldt at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Faribault. Phil worked full time as a meat cutter for Byerly's for 30 years and in retirement would continue part time for another 5 years. Phil loved to play and spend time with his grandchildren. He loved to be active and on the go and loved to be busy doing some project. Some ways he would do this would be riding on his motorcycle, cooking for family and friends, giving tractor rides or simply just taking care of his animals. Phil was an active member of the Church of The Annunciation and dedicated many hours of service to the church and to working on the grounds at the church and cemetery. He was a member of the Northfield Knights of Columbus for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judith DuLac of Webster, MN; by four children, Gordon (Gloria) DuLac and their children, Amber and Richard of Minneapolis, MN, Deanna DuLac of Fredericksburg, VA, Daron (Jacqueline) DuLac and their children, Quentin and Raeanna of Webster, MN and Dawn (Ian) Kach and their child, Jordan of Warrenton, VA; by two sisters, Patricia DuLac and Linda Stowe, both of Faribault, MN; by three brothers, Dominic DuLac, Mark (Michelle) DuLac and Mike DuLac, all of Faribault and by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Richard Stowe.
