Paula I. (Herrick) MacDougall, age 64 of Waseca, died on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at her home in Waseca.   Memorial services will be held on Monday, May 17th at 3:00 p.m. at McRaith Funeral Home in Waseca with Fr. Marty Schaefer, Officiate.   Paula's family will greet friends on Monday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service, at McRaith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.   Paula Irene was born on March 28, 1946 in Rochester, Minnesota to Glenn and Theresa (Nelson) Jahns. Paula grew up in Racine, Minnesota and graduated from Stewartville High School in 1964. That same year she was united in marriage to Dennis Herrick at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Paula and Dennis lived in Stewartville before moving to Waseca in 1971. They later divorced. Paula moved to Minneapolis, and in 1991 was united in marriage to John B. MacDougall. Over the years Paula worked in the real-estate, insurance, and banking industries. In 1996 Paula and John moved back to the Waseca area. Paula enjoyed sewing, quilting, and flower gardening. She most enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren.   She is survived by her husband John of Waseca; by her children Scott (Marie) Herrick of Snohomish, WA, Holly (Brian) Harguth of Waseca, and Chris Herrick of Ft. Bragg, NC; by her grandchildren Noah, Charissa, and Josephine Herrick, Serena, Raquel, Quinn, Peyton, and Eliza Harguth, and Brittini, Megan, and Taytum Herrick; by her sister Audrey (Allan) Oehlke of Grand Meadow; by her step-children Alec (Theresa) MacDougall of North St. Paul, Eric MacDougall of Minneapolis, and Edith (Jeffery) Anderson of Faribault; by her step-grandchildren Isabella and Anastasia MacDougall, Brianna, Alexandra and Victoria Anderson; by other extended family and friends.    She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Roger Jahns in 1997.
