Paul Soch

Paul A. Soch, age 60 of Faribault, MN, died on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN following a short illness.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the First English Lutheran Church in Faribault with the Rev. Mark Johnson, officiating. Interment will be held at the Maple Lawn Cemetery, Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.

Paul Albert, the son of Arthur and Delphine (Vincent) Soch, was born on May 15, 1957 in Buffalo, MN. He attended Monticello High School and graduated with the class of 1975. Paul worked for several years as a staff member at different group homes in Faribault and also worked at St. Lucas Care Center. Paul enjoyed spending time with his family and caring for his cat.

He is survived by his mother, Delphine Charlton of Faribault; by two sisters, Gladys (Bob) Huggins of Arkansas and Rachel Foslid (Bill Towan) of Oregon; by aunts, Goldie (Leonard) Sorbel of Faribault and Myrna Menth of Monticello, MN; by his uncle, Fred (Connie) Soch of Waubun, MN; by his brother-in-law, Carl Carpenter and by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Eileen Carpenter.
