Patricia M. Jandro, age 79, of Faribault, MN, passed away suddenly on August 28, 2015 at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive, Faribault. Interment will be at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Faribault.
Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault on Tuesday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday for one hour prior to the services at the church.
The family prefers that memorials be directed to the Divine Mercy Catholic Church Building Fund in memory of Pat.
Patricia Magdalyn Raskob, the daughter of Andrew and Kathryn (Meyers) Raskob was born in Faribault, MN on October 7, 1935. She graduated from Bethlehem Academy with the class of 1953. Patricia was united in marriage to Dale L. Jandro on September 7, 1955 at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Faribault. Patricia worked at the State Bank of Faribault, the Killeen National Bank of Killeen, TX and the Och's Department Store in Faribault, after which she stayed home to raise her children and did bookkeeping for Jandro Distributing for 40 years. Pat loved to attend Daily Mass and was highly devoted to prayer. She often placed bouquets of flowers at Mary's statue and had a great devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help. Pat also enjoyed painting, gardening, flowers, reading, golfing and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, and Divine Mercy CCW.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Jandro of Faribault; children, Terry (Melissa) Jandro of Faribault, Ben Jandro of Morristown, Bill Jandro of Bagley, WI, and Lisa (Mike) Elwood of Faribault; grandchildren, Jake (Beth) Jandro, Holly Jandro, Dane (Brenda) Elwood, Seth Elwood, Elia Elwood, Charley Elwood, Tommy Elwood, Devin Jandro, Kaeli Jandro, and Karli Jandro; great grandchildren, Jaxson Jandro, Hunter Jandro, Taven Jandro, Noen Jandro, Dominic Elwood, Kiara Elwood, and Leah Elwood; siblings, Betty (Cyril) Jandro of Faribault, Ramona (Walter) Jandro of Owatonna, and John (Kay) Raskob of Faribault; brother-in-law, Jack Sammon of Faribault; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Kathyrn; stepmother, Clara Raskob; daughter, Tina Jandro; son, Scott Jandro; and sister, Ardis Sammon.
