In Loving Memory of Mayzen Sky Greeney

Mayzen Sky Greeney, the precious son of Mariah Sleeuwenhoek, was born on December 28, 2017 and passed away in his mother's arms on May 22, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. at the new location of Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mayzen is survived by his mother, Mariah Sleeuwenhoek (and Noriah Tabor); grandparents, Kassidy and Zach Greeney, Vernon Johnson, and Rebecca Tabor; uncle, Skylar Johnson; great grandparents, Brad and Sara Jilek, Tom and Jenny Greeney, and Lucille Pudil; great great grandparents, Jerry and Sylvia Ramaker, and Geri Holland; and numerous other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his great uncle, Brandon Sleeuwenhoek; and great aunt, Grace Sleeuwenhoek.
