Mary Lynch

February 14, 1927 — October 16, 2013

Mary J. Lynch, age 86, of Faribault and formerly of Waseca, died Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at Keystone Communities of Faribault.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Waseca, with Father Gregory Leif, officiating. Interment will be held at the Calvary Cemetery in Waseca.

Visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to services on Friday.

Arrangements are being completed by the McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory of Waseca.

Mary Jane Kaiser, the daughter of Martin and Theresa (Amberg) Kaiser, was born on February 14, 1927, in Freedom Township, Waseca County, Minnesota. She attended schooling in Waseca and graduated from Sacred Heart High School with the class of 1946. Mary married Edward A. Lynch in 1947 and he later preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Bass of Edina, Stephen Lynch of Morristown, Margaret Rogers of Richfield, Michael (Michelle) Lynch of Faribault, and David Beer of Morristown; her many grandchildren and great grandchildren; her siblings, Kenneth (Belvy) Kaiser of rural Janesville, Sister Yvette Kaiser OSF, of Rochester and Henrieta (Marlin) Peters of Waseca; her sister-in-law, Esther Kaiser of Claremont and by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her siblings.

A special thank you to Mary's granddaughter Peggy Jane for her loving care she gave grandma over the last couple days. Also, thank you to Faribault Area Hospice and the staff at Keystone Communities for your wonderful care.
