Mary Doneux

Mary E. Doneux, 76, of Faribault, MN, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at her home.

Mary Elizabeth, the daughter of Edward and Evelyn (Zensen) Stransky, was born on December 6, 1943 in Faribault, MN. She attended Faribault Senior High School. She married the love of her life, Jerome “Jerry” Doneux, on July 28, 1979 in Faribault. Mary worked for Genova in Faribault for 10 years. She was a proud and active member of the Moose Lodge No. 2098. She enjoyed crocheting, Paint by Numbers, watching the Minnesota Vikings, and going for Harley rides. She was a talented cook and baker.

Mary is survived by her children, Victor (Joyce Lawson) Price of Austin, MN, Robbie (Ava) Dunn of Olivehurst, CA, Joseph (Amber) Doneux of Faribault, and Lee (Katrina) Doneux of Faribault; grandchildren, August Doneux, Colin Dunn, Briana (Josh Snediker) Price, and Jenna Marie Doneux; three great grandchildren; siblings, David Stransky and Marlene (Earl) Zimprich; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; parents; and brothers, Donald and Bill Stransky.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 23, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Faribault. Interment will be at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Faribault. The service will also be live-streamed through a link found on Mary’s obituary page at www.parkerkohlfuneralhome.com.

Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
