Loura Perry

Loura L. Perry, age 87, of Faribault, MN passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020 at Faribault Senior Living following an extended illness.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory in Faribault with Bernadette Tatge, Pastoral Minister at Divine Mercy Catholic Church officiating. Interment will be held at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault. The service will also be live-streamed through a link found on Loura’s obituary page at www.parkerkohlfuneralhome.com.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.

Loura Lerain, the daughter of Emil and Clarissa (Wooster) Tuenge, was born on November 29, 1932 in Cloquet, MN. Loura grew up in Minneapolis, as well as on Naval Bases in California. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Richard Perry, on February 3, 1952 at the Fire Hall in Robbinsdale, MN. Loura was a very simple person and would always be the first person to offer help to her grandchildren no matter what. She loved her family very much and also loved cats, dogs, rummage sales and playing cards at the kitchen table.

Loura is survived by her children, Clara Voegele, Holly (Ronald) Blumke, Kevin (Kimberly) Perry and Alan (Heidi) Perry; 9 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard; parents; son-in-law, Ronald Voegele; and two infant sons.

Funeral arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.
