Lois "Gus" Fitzpatrick, age 84, of Faribault, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault.             Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Shieldsville, MN. Interment will be at the St. Mary's Cemetery in Waverly, MN.             Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Church.             Arrangements are with the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault.             Lois Ann Martinson, the daughter of August and Ann (Rosemeier) Martinson, was born on June 21, 1925 in Waverly, MN. She graduated from St. Mary's School in Waverly and attended Minneapolis Business College. She married Raymond "Red" Fitzpatrick on May 17, 1947 in Waverly, MN. Following their marriage they lived in Waverly for 10 years. In 1957 they moved to Shieldsville and started Fitzpatrick's Tavern. Later it became known as Fitzpatrick's Supper Club, which they operated until 1975. Lois also worked at the Faribault Regional Center for 27 years, retiring in 1987. Red preceded her in death on December 30, 2005. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliaries in Waverly and Faribault, and the St. Patrick Choir.             She is survived by three children, Maureen Tuma of Montgomery, Michael (and Erlene) Fitzpatrick of Shieldsville, and Mary Jo (and Gary) Westerberg of Hibbing, MN; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; sister, Adeline (Milt) Brecke of Minneapolis; sisters-in-law, Catherine Martinson of Minneapolis, Corinne Fitzpatrick of St. Paul, and Colleen (Russell "Bud") Laughlin of Shakopee; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.             She was preceded in death by her husband, Red; parents; daughter, Cassie Kline; brother, Paul Martinson; and son-in-law, Bob Tuma.
