Kenneth Juvland

Kenneth R. Juvland, age 76, of Faribault, MN, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at the Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Kenneth Raymond was born on October 26, 1944 in Faribault to Joseph Raymond and Katherine Margaret (Rosenstiel) Juvland.  He graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1962 and then attended trade school for drafting.  He worked as a drafter for eight years, then worked 12 years as a cement truck driver as a member of the Teamsters.  Ken then worked for eight years at the Faribault Regional Center.  He enjoyed playing guitar as a hobby his whole life and had great interest in motorcycles and cars.

He is survived by his children, Karl Juvland and Jacqui Juvland; four grandchildren; siblings, Steve (Pat) Juvland, Sandi (Frank) Allen, and Harlan Juvland; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Katherine.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault.  A time for sharing will be held at 2:00 p.m. followed by burial at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault.
