Joseph A. Robran age 59 of Waseca, formerly of Janesville, died on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in Waseca. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 30th at 10:30 a.m. at McRaith Funeral Home in Waseca with Fr. Marty Schaefer officiating. Interment will be in the Woodville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at McRaith Funeral Home in Waseca, and will continue on Saturday morning for one hour prior to services, at church. Joseph Arthur was born on August 7, 1950 in Waseca, Minnesota to Lawrence and Marjorie (Pagel) Robran. Joe graduated from Janesville High School in 1969. For over 30 years Joe was employed with Jones Metal Products in Mankato, and due to his poor health was forced to retire. He was a lifetime member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG), and the Sheet Metal Workers Local # 10. He is survived by his daughter Jolene Robran and his granddaughter Brianna Studer, of Mankato; by his fiancée Sara Pollard of Waseca; by his siblings Larry (Pat) Robran of Cottonwood, AZ, Mary Lou (Tom) Debough of Mesa, AZ, and Peggy (John) Sikel of Waldorf; by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by her parents, his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his sister Judy Meister.
