Irene (nee Lynch) Neidt Eller, age 95 of Edina, formerly of Waseca, died on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Heritage of Edina. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 20th at 12:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waseca with Fr. Marty Schaefer, Celebrant. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Waseca. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers. Rose Irene was born on July 3, 1914 in St. Mary Township, Waseca County, Minnesota into the family of Andrew Arthur and Rose Irene (Barden) Lynch. Irene graduated from Dist. #15 Grade School, and Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Waseca. After high school, Irene began working for the Waseca Rutledge Insurance Company. She was united in marriage to Glendon Neidt at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waseca County. Irene and Glendon made their home in Waseca. In time, and following the sudden death of "Glen", Irene and a few girlfriends ventured to San Francisco, CA. Irene became an employee of the John F. Forbes & Company. As a member of the company bowling team, Irene met her future spouse, Edmond Eller. They were united in marriage at St. Anne's Catholic Church in San Francisco, CA., and made their home in San Mateo, CA. After Edmond's death, Irene returned to Bloomington, then later Edina, to be closer to her family. Irene is survived by four sisters, Helen Everett, Noreen (Milan) Broughton, both of Bloomington, Renee Malinski of Richfield, Sister Andrenee Lynch, OSF of Rochester; by sisters- in-laws, Rosie Lynch of St. Paul, and Dorothy Racek of Waseca.; by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; by her siblings and their spouses, Dorothy Ann Lynch, Elaine (Charles) Brown, Marguerite (James) Lord, John (Rosella) Lynch, Robert (Margaret) Lynch, Francis (Veronica) Lynch, Paul Lynch, Joseph Lynch, James Lynch, and Mark Lynch; brothers-in-law Robert Everett, and John Malinski. Together, Irene's many nieces and nephews, relatives, the Eller and Neidt families and in-laws join us in love and prayers for her Eternal Peace and Joy.
