Harold L. Milbrett, age 78 of Janesville, died Sunday, September 9, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 14th at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville with Rev. Dr. Larry Griffin, officiating. Interment will in the St. John's-Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Iosco Township, Waseca County. Visitation (in conjunction with his son Jerry's visitation) will be held on Thursday from 4 to 8 P.M. at Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory in Janesville, and will continue on Friday morning for one hour prior to services, at church. Memorials are preferred to Mayo Clinic Health System-Mankato Hospice. Harold Lee was born June 20, 1934 in Judson, Minnesota to Arthur and Cleo (Reid) Milbrett. He was a 1954 graduate of Janesville High School. Harold was united in marriage to Shirley Ann Mrotz on June 7, 1955 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville. Harold and Shirley resided in Lewisville where Harold farmed and was employed with Rudy Graff's Phillips 66 Station. In 1962 they moved to their farm in rural Waseca. Harold was a life long crop and dairy farmer, a Dekalb Corn Seed dealer, and owner/operator of the Phillips 66 Station in Madison Lake. He and Shirley moved into Janesville in the early 1990's following his retirement. Harold was an avid deer hunter on his property in Floodwood in Northern, Minnesota, and enjoyed his many fishing trips to Canada, Dakota, and all around Minnesota. He was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville, and former Iosco Township Board Member. Harold took pride in gardening, and loved old time polka and waltz music. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Steven (Angelika) Milbrett of Janesville, Mark (Patricia) Milbrett of Waseca, Shawn (Jay) Woychick of Penfield, NY, Keevin (Cindy) Milbrett of Waseca, and Michele Milbrett of Duluth; by his daughter-in-law, Traci Neid-Milbrett of Chelsea, IA; by his brothers and sisters, Clayton (Jane) Milbrett of Madison Lake, Donald (Judy) Milbrett of Eagle Bend, Kenneth Milbrett of Janesville, David (Marilyn) Milbrett of Janesville, Margaret (Paul) Anderson of New Richland and Suzanne (Merrill) Sorenson of Janesville; by 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Gerald Milbrett, and his parents. Casketbearers are his grandsons: Garrett Milbrett, Walter Milbrett, Brandon Milbrett, Ross Milbrett, Jason Ritter, and Adam Ritter. Honorary bearers are his grandchildren: Julie Milbrett, Brook Milbrett, Sarah Woychick, Amanda Woodham, Chloe Bushnell, Luisa Bushnell, Jeffrey Bushnell, Chastity Linnertz, Stephanie Knuttilia, Nicole Milbrett, Matthew Milbrett, Michael Milbrett, and Mitchell Milbrett.
