Glen E. Totten, age 72, of Warsaw, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault following an extended illness. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault, with the Rev. Henry Doyle, officiating. Memorial visitation will be held for one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Glen Eldon Totten, the son of Chester and Marjorie (Marks) Totten, was born on November 26, 1939 in Fairfield, Illinois. On June 16, 1979, Glen was united in marriage to Sharon Peterson at the Episcopal Church in Dundas, Minnesota. Glen was a jack of all trades. Over the years he worked at various places including, McQuay International, driving cab and was also a janitor at the old junior and senior high school all in Faribault until health problems forced him to retire. Glen enjoyed racing and especially enjoyed going to Elko Speedway for races on a regular basis. He was also very active in the Kids and Kids Program, in which he would often take children to the races and other various places in the community. He is survived by his wife of thirty two years, Sharon of Warsaw; by two siblings and by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, by a brother, Neil and by his sister, Margy.
