Dorothy A. (Goracke) Harmon, age 64 of Waseca, died on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Waseca. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 3rd at 2:00 P.M. at McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory in Waseca with Rev. Martin Schaefer, officiating. Interment will be in Waseca's Woodville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service, at the funeral home. Dorothy Ann was born on February 14, 1948 in Waseca, Minnesota to Anton and Gladys (Meyer) Goracke. Dorothy attended school in New Richland, Faribault, and graduated from Montgomery High School. After graduation Dorothy worked in St. Paul with United Way. In 1972 she was united in marriage to Lawrence Klemmer in Waseca. The couple later divorced. Dorothy married again in 1984 to Frank R. Harmon, Sr. Following Frank's death in 2008, Dorothy has resided at Elm Homes in Waseca. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Dull of Faribault; by her siblings, Ralph (Kay) Goracke, Gail Soukup, and Carol Ryan, all of Faribault, and Lorraine Treinen of Eau Claire, WI; by her step sons, Frank R. Harmon, Jr, and Vince (Brenda) Harmon, and step grandson, Matt Harmon, all of Waseca; by nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Frank R. Harmon, Sr; her brother-in-law, William Treinen, and her niece, Marilyn Goracke.
