Donna Bjorklund

Donna M. Bjorklund, age 80, of Faribault, MN, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis following a short illness.

Mass of Christian of Burial will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive, Faribault. Interment will be at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault on Friday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday for one hour prior to the services at the church.

Donna Mae was born on April 6, 1935, in Faribault to Frank and Elizabeth (Rosett) Keller. She graduated from Bethlehem Academy with the class of 1953. She then attended the Minnesota School of Business for secretarial training. Donna was united in marriage to Robert Bjorklund on October 20, 1956 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Faribault. She worked at Land O' Lakes before being a homemaker for her family. Donna loved to spend time at their lake lot on French Lake and camping with her family. Later she worked for Dr. Pat Selly making patient's gowns and in laundry service at St. Lucas Care Center. She retired from Owatonna Tool Co. Robert preceded her in death on August 22, 1983. In her retirement, Donna volunteered her time at Faribault Dialysis, Divine Mercy Church, and St. Lucas Care Center. She enjoyed social time with her friends, often driving many to church, out to eat, and playing cards. She was a member of the Faribault Eagles 1460 Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children, Lynn (Randy) Feyereisn of Faribault, Michael (Christy) Bjorklund of Charlotte, NC, and Lisa (Dan) Bouillez of Loveland, CO; grandchildren, John (Erica) Feyereisn, Joe (Leah) Feyereisn, Cassandra Truax, Anastacia Bouillez, Christian Neff, Justin Neff, Jasmine Bowman, Mason Bowman, and Zachary Bowman; great grandchildren, Peytyn, Ashlyn, Adelyn, Channing, and Aden; sisters, Eva Marie (Lawrence) Hanson of St. Paul, and Lorraine Mullenmeister of Faribault; sister-in-law, Pat Keller of Faribault; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; parents, Frank and Elizabeth; brother, Kenneth Keller; and brother-in-law, Roger Mullenmeister.
