Deborah O'Regan

Deborah O'Regan, age 58, of Owatonna passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at her home.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.n. at Associated Church in Owatonna with Pastor Kathy Gibson Christensen officiating.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday prior to the service at the church from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Arrangements are being completed by McRaith Funeral Home in Waseca.

Deborah Lynn, daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Ballstadt) Kidder was born on September 11, 1956 in Owatonna, Minnesota. She grew up in Claremont and attended Claremont High School. She was united in marriage to James Fosness in 1973 and they farmed near Meriden. They were later divorced. She was later married to James O'Regan and they lived in Owatonna. Deborah worked as an equipment operator at Truth in Owatonna for over 20 years. She loved gardening, doing crafts, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she loved to laugh. She also enjoyed fishing and baking. Deborah is survived by her children, Shawn (Rachel) Fosness of Elko, MN, Andrea Fosness of Owatonna, and Jim (Leah) Fosness of Owatonna; grandchildren, Khurram, Hana, and Ghulam Mohammad, and Evan and Sydney Fosness; siblings, Diane Erler of West Concord, Robert (Lorna) Kidder of Owatonna, Jean Kidder of Owatonna, David Kidder of Owatonna, Rich (Ernie) Kidder of Plymouth, Brian Kidder of Maui, HI, Kevin (Julie) Kidder of Rochester, Mike (Pam) Kidder of Owatonna, and Kim (Dale) Fisher of Owatonna; many nieces and nephews, and by many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Frank A. Kidder; and by her husband.
