Darlene Voegele

Darlene M. Voegele, age 73, of Waseca, MN, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive in Faribault with Fr. Kevin Kenney officiating. Interment will be held at the Calvary Cemetery, Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N. in Faribault on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to services.

Darlene Marie, the daughter of Edmund and Verna (Canedy) Voegele, was born on June 4, 1945 in Morristown, MN. Darlene worked for over 20 years at E.F. Johnson and Company in Waseca. She enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls, shopping and most of all spending time on the family farm.

She is survived by her siblings, Belinda Weinberg of Onalaska, WI, Mary Voegele of Waseca, MN, Stanley Voegele of Faribault, MN and Martin (Terri) Voegele of Burnsville, MN; by her sister-in-law, Clara Voegele of Faribault, MN and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Ronald Voegele.
