Darlene J. Pemrick

Darlene “Dar" Joyce (Moore) Pemrick, age 91, of Faribault, MN, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2023. 

She was born on March 24, 1932 in St. Paul, MN to Ruth and Lawrence Moore. Dar married Kenneth Hessler on September 17, 1949, he died in 1985. Dar married William F. Pemrick on January 14, 1994. Dar had a love for laughter and telling it like it is. She enjoyed traveling, swimming, fishing, gardening and all her beloved pets throughout the years. Dar was a long-time member of Christ Lutheran Church and enjoyed attending bible study.

She is survived by her children, Linda French, Bruce Hessler, Janet Church, Douglas (Lynette) Hessler, Judy Hessler, Donald Hessler, Joyce Patterson, Mike (Diane) Pemrick, David Pemrick, Harry Pemrick, Julie Peterson and daughter-in-law, Theresa Pemrick. Dar is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dar was preceded in death by her husbands, William F. “Bill" Pemrick (2008) and Kenneth R, Hessler (1985); son, Dale Hessler; step-son William J. Pemrick; sister, Marlys Bymers; and brothers, Kenny Moore and Larry Moore.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, Faribault with Pastor Joe Smith officiating. Interment will be held at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
