Dale Forcelle

Dale L. Forcelle, age 75 of Faribault, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 4, 2017 at his home.

Private family services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the new location of Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N. in Faribault with the Rev. Henry Doyle, officiating. Inurnment will be held at the Cathedral of Our Merciful Saviour Columbarium.

Memorial visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Dale Leo, the son of Raymond and Marcella (Shevlin) Forcelle, was born on July 1, 1942 in Kilkenny Township, Le Sueur County, Minnesota. He attended Faribault High School. On April 8, 1961 he was united in marriage to Sherry Lee Warmington at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Faribault. Sherry preceded Dale in death on June 3, 2011. Dale was a life long dairy farmer in Cannon City Township and also worked for Bauernfeind and Goedtel and most recently as a truck driver for Met-Con Construction. Dale enjoyed going for walks, watching the Minnesota Vikings, outings with his daughter-coffee, breakfast and shopping, spending time with friends and family and especially his great grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Scott (Lynette) Forcelle, Tammy (Bryan) Lips, Christopher Forcelle (and special friend, Stephanie Stadler), all of Faribault, MN; by seven grandchildren, Bradley and Daniel Forcelle, Ashley (Adam) Scholljegerdes, Jenna (Corey) Schuette, Karrie (Tyler) Vogel, Jill (Adrian) Schiller and Jason Felix; by three great grandchildren, Jaxon and Della Vogel and Desmond Schiller; by his brother, Joe (Shirley) Forcelle; by his sisters, Joan (Wally) Thompson and Fern Forcelle and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Sherry, by two brothers Mark and Alan Forcelle and his sister Dianne Tousignant.
