Corey Wagner

Corey L. Wagner, age 46, of Faribault, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at his home.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at the new Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault, MN, with Rev. Dr. Michael Nirva, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Corey Lee was born on September 24, 1970 in Owatonna, MN to Allen and Linda (Collins) Wagner. He graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1989 and attended Faribault Vo-Tech for small engine repair. Corey served in the U.S. Army Reserves for four years. He was married to Cindy Duckett on May 20, 1989 in Faribault. Corey most recently worked for Anertec in Owatonna. He enjoyed fishing and four wheeling.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Wagner; daughter, Samantha (Matthew) Pirkl; grandson, Aiden Wagner; father, Allen Wagner; brother, Donnie (Anne Marie) Wagner; and sister, Dawn Wagner, all of Faribault; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Cody Wagner on November 2, 2016; and his mother, Linda Wagner.
