Constance M. Zensen, age 92, of Faribault, died Friday, May 13, 2011, at the Keystone Communities of Faribault. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 20, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Dr., Faribault. Interment will be at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Faribault. Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home and Crematory in Faribault on Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Friday for one hour prior to the services at the church. Memorials may be designated to Bethlehem Academy High School. Constance Madelene Savoie, the daughter of Eugene and Adlaide (Trembley) Savoie, was born on April 29, 1919 in Faribault. She married John (Jack) Zensen on October 20, 1937 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Faribault. Connie was a homemaker for much of her lifetime and also worked at the S & L Department Store for seven years. She enjoyed playing the piano and cards. She and Jack often traveled in their retirement to Arizona and Texas, and on fishing trips. He preceded her in death on August 15, 1998. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella and the Divine Mercy CCW. She is survived by her children, Pat Jorgensen (Bob Vaughn) of Texas, Jack (Dee) Zensen of Inver Grove Heights, Nancy Lauritson of Boone, Iowa, and Tom (Kim) Zensen of Faribault; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Rita Zensen; and four brothers, Theodore, Leo, Victorian, and Francis Savoie.
