Clement Wall

Clement F. Wall, age 82, of Faribault, MN, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018, at the Homestead Hospice House in Owatonna, MN.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive, Faribault. Interment will be at the Calvary Cemetery in Faribault with military honors provided by the Rice County Central Veterans Association.

Visitation will be at the new location of Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault on Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Friday for one hour prior to the services at the church.

Clement Francis was born on April 15, 1935 in Faribault to Clement P. and Josephine M. (Shannihan) Wall. He graduated from Bethlehem Academy High School with the class of 1954. Clem worked at McQuay's in Faribault from 1954-57, then for various printing companies in Minneapolis. For 22 years he was employed at District One Hospital in Faribault. Clem served in the U.S. Army National Guard for 35 years and was a member of the American Legion Post 43. He was dedicated to the Knights of Columbus for 64 years. Clem was Past Grand Knight for Council 889, Past District Deputy, and Past Faithful Navigator. He was married to Deanna Murray in 1961, she passed away in 1977. Clem later was married to Joanne Mach on September 28, 1984 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Faribault. He was faithful with his presence at the Adoration Chapel and for many years was a member of several choirs at Divine Mercy Church.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Wall of Faribault; by his children, Michael P. Wall, Debra (Jeff) Bauernfeind and Michael T. (Sheri) Goodwin, both of Faribault; five grandchildren, Jake Bauernfeind (Ronda), Zach Bauernfeind (Brianna), Heather Haider (P.T.), Max Goodwin, and Nick Bauernfeind (Elise); three great grandchildren, Aydin and Olivia Story, and Jameson Bauernfeind; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Deanna; parents, Clement P. and Josephine; and son, Paul H. Goodwin.
