Christopher "Woody" Juaire, age 44, passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2017.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Christopher William was born on June 4, 1972, in Faribault to Ernest and Carol (Forcelle) Juaire. He attended Kenyon High School and Faribault Technical College for welding. He was married to Emily Gardner and they were later divorced. He lived in Iowa for many years, working as a welder for Millwright Co. and Soukup Co. Woody enjoyed outdoor activities including archery, fishing, and camping. He also was known for building go-carts and cooking outstanding meats on a slow smoker.
He is survived by his son, Brandon Juaire of Iowa; parents, Ernest and Carol Juaire of Kenyon; siblings, Anthony R. (Delia) Juaire of Faribault, Lorie (John) St. Clair of Faribault, Andrew Juaire (special friend, Elsie) of South Carolina, and Timothy Juaire of Kenyon; brother-in-law, Richard Bruegger of Minnesota Lake, MN; sister-in-law, Cindra Van Hout of Prescott, AZ; nieces and nephews, Joshua Juaire, Abby Juaire (fiancé, Tony Gehrke), Sarah (Adam) Cox, Melissa (Chad) Esser, Diana (Curt) Lind, Angela (Jon) Yarrum, Wesley Van Hout, Christine Van Hout, Brian (Melinda) Sindt, and Brenda Sindt; 16 great nieces and nephews; one great great nephew; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Bruegger; brothers, Dean Van Hout and Charles Joseph Juaire; maternal grandparents, Philip and Esther (Stadler) Forcelle, and paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Evelyn (Gagnon) Juaire.
