Carol Cloutier

June 8, 1941 — October 20, 2012

Carol Jean Cloutier, age 71, of Faribault, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Homestead Hospice House in Owatonna following an extended illness.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, 139 Mercy Drive, in Faribault. Interment will be held at the Calvary Cemetery in Faribault at a later date.

Visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday for one hour prior to services.

Carol Jean Liverseed, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Stadler) Liverseed, was born on June 8, 1941 in Faribault. She attended Bethlehem Academy High School and graduated with the class of 1959. Carol was a homemaker all of her life and told her children that she loved being a Mom. Carol was an avid bingo player and loved animals. She always had a pet.

She is survived by her four children, Deanna (Steve) Gehrke of Redwood Falls, MN, Jeff Osmond of Boston, MA, Chanin (Amy) Cloutier of Faribault, MN and Norma (Jeff) Preuss of Worthington, MN; by 7 grandchildren; by her siblings, Catherine Clark of Faribault, MN and Kenneth Liverseed of Nicholasville, KY and by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Norman Cloutier, by her siblings, Chuck Liverseed, Patricia Galatovich and Eleanor DeRider.
