Carlos Torres-Cantu

Carlos Ruben Torres-Cantu, age 61, of Faribault, MN, passed away October 19, 2022, at the Allina Health Faribault Medical Center following a brief illness.

Carlos was born on October 18, 1961, in Don Martin, Coahuila, Mexico to Mauricio Torres Gomez and Irene Cantu de Torres.  He was married to Maria Trinidad Garcia.  Carlos worked for over 15 years at Viracon in Owatonna, MN.  He enjoyed fútbol, watching TV and movies, loved going on drives and having social drinks with close friends.

He is survived his wife, Maria T. Garcia; his son, Carlos E. Torres; four siblings; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and eight siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault, with Pastor Eddie Feliciano, officiating.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
