Audrey Woodworth

Audrey M. Woodworth, age 79 of Waterville, MN passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the New Perspectives Senior Living Community in Faribault, MN following an extended illness.

Graveside services for the family will be held at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault, MN at a later date.

Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.

Audrey Mae, the daughter of Edward and Dorothy (Sommers) Fehn, was born on April 6, 1939 in Faribault, MN.  She attended Faribault High School.  Audrey was united in marriage to Harold A. Fritsche and he preceded her in death on February 2, 1979.  Later she married Richard Woodworth.  Audrey worked for 25 years at ITT Thermotech.

She is survived by her husband Richard Woodworth of Waterville, MN; by her son, David Fritsche Sr.; by her daughter, Cathy Ruhl; by her sister, Janice Krueger and by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Donald and Richard Fehn and by four sisters, Delores Shields, Lorraine Taylor, Beverly Ackmann and Shirley Siehndel.
