Agnes H. Deml, age 90 of Waldorf, died on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waldorf with Fr. Peter Klein and Fr. Syl Brown con-celebrating. Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Owatonna, MN. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at McRaith Funeral Home in Waseca, and will continue on Saturday 12:00 noon until the hour of service, at church. There will be a 7:00 p.m. Rosary prayed Friday evening at the funeral home. Agnes Helena was born on April 17, 1918 in Owatonna, Minnesota to John and Rose (Hudrlik) Wesely. She attended Owatonna H.S. and worked at Owatonna Ben Franklin and Jostens prior to her September 14th, 1943 marriage to Joseph A. Deml at Owatonna's Sacred Heart Catholic Church. After a few years in the Owatonna area, Ag and Joe moved to Waldorf in 1950 where they raised their five children and owned and operated Deml's Store for 33 years. She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church throughout her 50+ years in Waldorf. She is survived by her daughters, Judi (Ciaglia) of Dunedin, FL, Joann of Menomonie, WI, Jackie (Chris) Seifert of Hawley, MN, and one son, Jerry of Brainerd, MN; twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe in 1993; her son Joe Jr. in 2006 ; her sisters Adeline (Dushek), Martha (Klecker); brothers Stanley, Frank and Walt; step-sister Mary (Graif), step-brothers Joe, Vitus, Emil, and Charles.
